Head Chef Francesco Mannelli will be showcasing his favourite seasonal picks with a creative 3 course Vivid menu for $78pp. Completing the experience is a grand finale “Glow” Pavlova that is set to ignite the senses.
Soak in the full Vivid experience by heading to Bennelong early for a Pre-Vivid menu under the sails of the Sydney Opera House. Then step out the front doors for some photos on the famous steps.

If you’re looking for an after Vivid experience the newest kid on the block fro Rockpool Dining Group has you covered. Enjoy the normal menu ’til 11pm or the snacks menu afterwards and celebrate with a Tequila or two.
DARLING HARBOUR & KING ST WHARF
With Vivid features including Fantastic Oceans, Enchanted Garden and Under The Sea, Darling Harbour will be a prime spot for Vivid visitors this year, here are some of our picks to soak in the surroundings.

This Sydney institution will be hosting a Shellfish & Chenin Blanc Wine Dinner on Tuesday 12th June. At $95pp including 4 courses and matching wines enjoy Vivid in style whilst tasting the treasures of the sea.
Built into the front of the International Convention Centre Sydney, be close to the features at Darling Park whilst also checking out this stylish new architecture. They will be offering a Vivid Dessert Trio of hazelnut bavaroise on fleur de sel sable, yoghurt and blueberry macaroons, cheesecake and gluten free streusel with marbled meringue.
